Mets need to shed some salary cap.
Weird situation with my roster.
At the end of the 2023 season, my spread sheet read that the Mets were $27 Mil under the 2024 Cap.
When D Back deleted the 2023 salaries and updated 2024 the Mets are now mysteriously only $16 Mil under the cap.
I guess D Back charges $11 Mil per team for spread sheet maintenance.
Players available.
Eugenio Suarez CI 24: $11M, 25: $15M Gets his $25-30 HR's and 90-100 RBI"s and bats .230 every year.
Christian Vazquez C 24: $2M, 25: $3M Plays 80-100 games. Healthy. Average stats. As part time catchers, you could do a lot worse.
Tony Kemp CI/OF 24: $1.3M Platoon player. 20 SB's .250 average.
Michael Conforto OF 24: $5.5M, 26: $5.5M 20 HR's & 60 RBI's last year. Back from missing 21-22 and healthy again.
JT Chargois SP/RP 24: $2.2M That rare hybrid Pitcher that will open one day and then pitch in the 7th-8th inning the next two. Qualifies as a starter.
Kyle Isbel OF 24: $1.4M, 25: $1.8M Has 1st shot at starting for KC and play every day. Former 1st round pick.
Not looking to give anyone away. Just their salary.

All your prospects and empty slots were "free" in 24 until the changeover. Now you are paying for those. It happened to everyone.

Ha ha. You made a typo. We all know you meant he has to pay for his "SLUTS."

Sorry Whitey. That's not it. I don't pay for my SLUTS. They pay me.
